CoCo壱番屋｜大人のスパイスカレーTHE骨付きチキン

日本的飲食連鎖店之中CoCo壱番屋絕對是我最喜愛的第一位。價廉物美，Booth常備乾濕紙巾、充電插頭，除了常常同其他ACG作品有聯動(吃完還有贈品!!)外，仲每季都有期間限定Menu。今次就是想推薦一下11月尾完的「大人的辣辣咖哩・THE有骨雞槌」。
通常飲食連鎖店如吉野家松屋サイゼリヤ果啲，都係唔同時段唔同人負責煮嘢食(好多都就咁叮熱擺上枱)，求其一個打工的都做到。但ココイチ就唔同，遊客區唔知，但我去開果間就次次都係店張煮嘅。咖哩配料即叫即煮即炸，新鮮炸好的配料加上佢哋啲咖哩汁真係好正。但今次想講的唔係佢Regular啲豬肉/牛肉咖哩，係上面個期間限定。
入正題。其實佢哋每季都會轉Menu，這款期限嘢其實由夏天就一直係佢哋封面，但一直都無叫來試。無計，平時常餐太安定好食所以很難作出新嘗試。
然後在淨返一個月左右時，終於叫咗來試⋯
WAO!!舊雞真係不得了!!
這個咖哩的食法有點特別，佢要掛散舊雞先，然後就撈渾啲飯同汁同5種香料。舊雞應該係用Slow Cooker煮嘅，一拆就散，肉質鬆軟到一個點。搞到我即時去睇Menu睇吓可唔可以平時叫來配普通咖哩，可惜唔得。連舊雞都係期間限定(´・ω・｀)
這個咖哩即使辣度選普通，也比他家的豬或牛咖哩辣了一個段位，唔多食得辣的我常常吃到眼睛出汗(；∀；)
對⋯因為到月尾就無得食了所以十幾日內我又去了兩次⋯
不是寫食評的料子所以味道方面就不著墨了，除了好食都唔知講咩好。行過路過又諗唔食咩嘅朋友可以去吃吃看喔！

Oh what a teaser this is, as I am planning to visit Ireland in the fall. Your poetic description and memorizing photos have me incredibly excited now.
